• Proactively contribute to agile methodologies and formats • Utilize current digital-, customer-, and market-trends and be ahead of marketing technologies to identify digital product growth opportunities • Map suitable analytics solutions, ensure that all required performance data can be reliably tracked, reported and guarantee an integrated approach with other agile teams • Support the analytic needs of business units by analyzing web traffic using Google Analytics • Design appropriate measurement strategies and implement complex tracking solutions through Google Tag Manager • Develop GA data layer and effectively communicate with business units for implementation • Continually test and develop innovative tracking and analytics methodologies • Write technical documentation for GA implementations • Create Data Studio dashboards and provide technical assistance to data analysts for Power BI dashboard creation • Always be up to date on business results and be aware of industry standards and best practices in marketing technologies • Develop strategic and operative recommendations for optimizations on the basis of analysis • Provide support for digital platform product evolution from insights gained and identify opportunities to accelerate growth • Responsible for developing easy-to-understand, error-free, and timely deliverables aimed to influence and optimize website/app behavior to increase conversion rates • Follow and optimize the digital product development lifecycle and documentation process • Support in GA solution design optimization and GA4 transition • Identify new processes to improve the MarTech current deliverables • Work closely with business stakeholders, act as a knowledge hub and provide consultancy on use case feasibility to ensure deliverables and added value • Conduct trainings for stakeholders to increase efficiency and for KPI enablement • Responsible for creating presentations and reports when needed • Keep an overview of the big picture but also work in detail when needed • Drive and perform GMP optimizations and developments • Be an early adopter and bring in new ideas • Ability to differentiate between required vs. nice-to-have implementations

Job Requirements

  • Experience in agile methodologies
  • Advanced and strong knowledge of Google Marketing Platform (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager etc.) and related Google Cloud products (Looker Studio etc.)
  • Advanced and strong knowledge of SQL, JavaScript, CSS and HTML
  • Other programming languages are a plus
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Demonstrated ability to think both strategically and tactically
  • Passion for innovation and “can do” attitude
  • Advanced skills in tracking and marketing automation tools
