We are looking for a Middle Data Analyst to become the bridge between raw data and strategic business decisions. In this role, you won't just build reports, you will design the logic for how data from lots of data sources should be structured into a unified ecosystem. You will work closely with tech and non-tech teams to bring these schemas to life and implement modern approaches to optimize the entire department's operations. Key Responsibilities - Data Design & Partnership: Designing database schemas to consolidate information across all company systems. Direct communication with tech and non-tech teams to implement and maintain a Single Source of Truth. - Process Automation: Identifying bottlenecks in our team workflow/tasks and automating them using n8n or Python scripts. - Analytical Reporting: Developing interactive Power BI dashboards to monitor business efficiency, budgeting, and key HR metrics. - Budget Engineering: Providing technical support for the budgeting system (~90 interconnected files) and leading the transition toward fully automated data solutions. - Stakeholder Support: Translating business needs into data language and setting tasks for the development of new data sources and metrics. Skills and Experience Needed - 3+ years of experience in Data Analytics. - A strong mindset for business process logic and the ability to digitize complex workflows. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Keen eye for interpreting complex data. - A strong focus on HR, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, process optimization. - Advanced SQL: Expertise in writing complex queries, utilizing window functions and so on.. - Data Architecture & Design: Deep understanding of Data Warehousing (DWH) principles. Ability to design logical data schemas and translate business requirements into clear Technical Specifications (TS) for Developers/Data Engineers. - Power BI Ecosystem: Advanced knowledge of DAX and Power Query. Experience building scalable data models that integrate different sources. - Python for Automation: Proficiency in writing scripts for data manipulation, ad-hoc reporting automation, and API integrations. - Advanced Google Sheets: Expertise in Google Apps Script (JavaScript) for rapid custom solutions where agile automation is required. Great to have: - Workflow Automation: Strong logic in No-code/Low-code automation. Experience with n8n, Zapier, or Make to connect services and streamline internal business processes. - Familiarity with AI: We expect you to leverage AI not just for basic staff, but as a lever to increase the department's overall productivity. - Experience in iGaming is highly preferred.
