Job Requirements
- Experience:
- Minimum 3 years in software testing, including SAP-related exposure.
- Background in both manual and automation-based testing.
- Involvement across the full SDLC, from requirements and design through validation and production release.
- Experience reviewing functionality, identifying test scenarios, and carrying out structured test execution.
- Practice in isolating defects, reproducing issues, tracking them through resolution, and confirming fixes.
- Exposure to a broad range of testing types, including functional, integration, regression, UAT, security, performance, load, stress, compliance, and accessibility testing.
- Experience providing QA analysis and support to development and support teams.
- Familiarity with Agile testing environments.
- Education & Technical Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.
- Good knowledge of QA processes, tools, and testing methodologies.
- Ability to prepare test plans, test cases, test scripts, and supporting evidence.
- Capability in defect tracking and test case documentation.
- Hands-on use of tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Ability to work on multiple projects.
- Good formal documentation capability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup while managing workload and priorities effectively.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
- Excellent communication skills in English, written and spoken.
- Close attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
- Good grasp of testing approaches, defect handling, and QA discipline.
