Unser Kunde begleitet eine der grössten und sicherheitskritischsten Digitalisierungsinitiativen der Schweiz. Ziel ist der Aufbau, der Betrieb und die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung einer hochsicheren, hochverfügbaren und resilienten Private-Cloud-Plattform. In diesem Umfeld arbeitest du an einer krisenresistenten ICT-Infrastruktur mit nationaler Relevanz und bringst dein Know-how im DevSecOps-Umfeld aktiv ein. - Betrieb, Weiterentwicklung und Automatisierung von Storage- und Backup-Lösungen im DevSecOps-Modell - Verantwortung für stabile und sichere Storage-Services innerhalb einer hochsicheren Private-Cloud-Umgebung - Installation, Konfiguration, Administration und Performance-Optimierung von Storage- und Backup-Systemen - Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung von NetApp-Storage-Lösungen sowie Commvault-Backup-Technologien - Sicherstellung von Backup-, Restore- und Archivierungsprozessen inkl. Tests und kontinuierlicher Optimierung - Mitarbeit im ITIL-orientierten Betriebsmodell (Service Requests, Incidents, Monitoring & Events, Changes, Continuous Improvement sowie Knowledge Management inkl. technischer Dokumentationen und Betriebshandbücher) - Automatisierung von Betriebsaufgaben mittels Skripting (z. B. Python, Bash) - Aktive Mitarbeit beim Wissensaufbau, der Optimierung von Abläufen sowie beim Einsatz und der Weiterentwicklung von Tools - Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Product Ownern, Scrum Mastern und weiteren technischen Teams Qualifications - Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung im Storage-Management und mit Backup-Lösungen - Abschluss in Informatik (Studium oder EFZ) mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung oder gleichwertige Aus- und Weiterbildungen als Quereinsteiger - Fundierte Kenntnisse in NetApp-Technologien (Installation, Betrieb, Administration, Performance-Tuning) - Sehr gute Erfahrung mit Commvault (Datensicherung, Wiederherstellung, Archivierung) - Solides Verständnis von SAN-/NAS-Architekturen sowie Protokollen wie NFS, CIFS/SMB und iSCSI - Erfahrung mit Automatisierungstools und Skriptsprachen (z. B. • You will help run and improve our AWS environments across production and development, with a strong focus on security, stability, compliance and cost control. • Working with our existing security tooling, including OX Security and Wiz, you will identify and prioritise vulnerabilities, drive remediation activity, and maintain a forward plan to reduce risk and improve the security posture of our customer and internal environments. • You will work within our change control process, making sure infrastructure changes are properly assessed, documented, scheduled and communicated. • You will also look for opportunities to automate repeatable operational tasks, improve consistency, reduce manual effort and support ongoing cost optimisation across our cloud estate. • As part of a small team, you will work closely with engineering, service and product colleagues to keep our platforms secure, resilient and efficient. • You will also support the Service Desk with escalations where needed. • Manage the day-to-day operation of AWS and Azure environments across multiple customer and internal estates. • Plan and deliver patching, system updates and infrastructure changes. • Use OX Security, Wiz and other tools to identify, triage and track vulnerabilities through to resolution. • Maintain a prioritised programme of work covering remediation, technical debt and broader security improvements. • Contribute technical input into change control, including impact assessments, implementation plans, rollback plans and scheduling. • Maintain and improve CIS-aligned configurations and controls where required. • Drive cost optimisation initiatives across AWS, including usage reviews, rightsizing and reducing waste. • Improve operational efficiency through automation, scripting and better tooling. • Support incident resolution, root cause analysis, documentation and continuous improvement.

• Design, implement, and manage robust cloud infrastructure and automation scripts to ensure high availability and scalability. • Build and maintain sophisticated CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions to automate testing and deployment processes. • Manage containerised applications using Docker and Kubernetes, ensuring seamless deployments and resource optimisation via Helm charts. • Work closely with development teams to ensure Node.js and Python applications are correctly organised, containerised, and deployed according to industry best practices. • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot infrastructure issues, and implement proactive measures to prevent downtime.
