In this role as an ABA Recruiter & Staffing Coordinator, you’ll act as the key point of coordination between clinicians and families, ensuring cases are staffed efficiently and services begin smoothly. PLEASE NOTE: - Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST (3:00 PM – 12:00 AM South African time – subject to daylight savings). - Public Holidays: This role requires working on both South African and U.S. public holidays (compensation for SA public holidays in accordance with the BCEA). - Internet Requirements: A fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps (upload & download) and wired Ethernet capability is mandatory. Applicants without a fixed fibre line cannot be considered. - Power Backup: Reliable backup required to manage load shedding or outages. Applicants without a power backup cannot be considered. - Work Environment: Fully remote. Job Responsibilities (not limited to): - Coordinate and fill cases by matching available and suitable BCBAs (Board Certified Behaviour Analysts), RBTs (Responsible Behaviour Technicians) and BTs (Behavioural Therapists) with families. - Sourcing, screening and interviewing of potential top talent for available cases. - Communicate with clinicians and families to ensure appropriate coverage. - Onboard clinicians and prepare them to begin providing services. - Manage sensitive, nuanced customer service interactions with professionalism and care. - Ensure all coordination is accurate, timely, and well-organized in a fast-paced environment.
