Creative & Content Intern

• Brainstorm and collaborate with the team to conceptualize compelling social content to develop engaging content that resonates across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and EDM. • Conceptualize, visualize, design and execute creative content and layouts to support SEA-Oceania regional marketing campaigns • Attuned to latest social and beauty trends and tap on the pulse of culture • Create storyboards, shot lists, and pre-production materials for both site content and social-first content. • Create timelines, shooting schedules and storyboards. • Manage every phase of production from ideation, scripting, filming to post-production. • Utilize photography and videography skills for marketing campaigns, including post-production and editing. • Capture and edit original video content and have a hand in all phases of video production from pre-to-post (filming, editing, color correction, sound design, etc.) • Design and produce marketing collaterals for print and digital, including websites, EDM, social media, brochures, banners, packaging print and other marketing materials and understand market design preferences • Be the driver of “think outside the box” ideas, oftentimes thinking ahead of the curve, steering trend curation and thumb-stopping content audiences want to rewatch, share, and continuously tune in • Highly proficient to shoot, edit and create short-form videos for social media platforms • Work closely with regional team to maintain high production standards • Troubleshoot technical issues when needed and work with the team on revisions through delivery. • Researching and compiling social trends, ideas, competitors’ best-in-class examples, and cutting-edge executions to inform and propose new content
Job Requirements
- Able to commit for a 6 months full time internship from Jun/Jul to Dec 2026
- Photography, videography, editing or creative content skills.
- Ability to leverage AI in content creation is a plus.
- A strong visual mindset and understanding of the wider landscape of beauty video
- Strong communication skills and ability to take creative direction and bring it to life through video editing
- Strong understanding of frame composition (lighting, angles, negative space, photo clarity/depth of frame)
- Strong understanding of studio tools such as ring lights, tripods, props, backdrops, etc.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to clearly articulate and document technical processes and issues
- Exceptional time-management and multi-tasking abilities
- Expertise in tools and processes for creative assets and content workflows.
- Degree or diploma in design courses or relevant.
- Strong understanding & skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, inDesign, After Effects
- Experienced with DSLR or mirrorless cameras to shoot photos and videos for social media content, able to use basic lighting and audio equipment
- Creative, passionate, independent and resourceful
- A knack for creative storytelling and the ability to articulate rationales for designs.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a flexible, fast paced and dynamic environment
- Detail-oriented and able to work proactively and effectively with minimal supervision
- Able to work independently or with a team.
- Enjoy and excel in a fast-paced, environment.
