• You proactively develop and retain our B2B clients throughout Switzerland. • You support new clients during the implementation phase to ensure optimal adoption of our product. • You act as the liaison between our Swiss clients and our internal departments (Tech, Product, and Sales). • You meet clients on-site across Switzerland. • You collect valuable field feedback to help us adapt our product to local specificities (integrations, pricing, etc.).
Job Requirements
- You hold a commercial or technical education (CFC - Federal VET Certificate) or an equivalent university degree.
- You have at least 2 years of experience in Customer Success, Key Account Management, or project management (ideally in the SaaS or mobility sector).
- You are fluent in Swiss German or French (C2 level).
- You can communicate confidently in the second language (C1 level).
- Proficiency in Italian is a strong advantage.
- You combine excellent data analysis skills with strong emotional intelligence.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, pragmatism, and reliability are your guiding principles.
- You are solution-oriented and possess strong drive.
