About the Company Our client is a deep tech startup building AI infrastructure for blockchain and Web3. Their positioning is AI for the next generation of finance. The product sits at the intersection of decentralised finance and AI, targeting businesses, governments, and institutional partners rather than individual retail users. About the Role This is a pure hunter role. After a successful B2C launch, the focus is now entirely on B2B traction with businesses and governments. We need an ecosystem insider based in Asia who can leverage existing personal relationships to secure high-level institutional partnerships. Key Responsibilities - Secure DeFi Partnerships: Close at least one new B2B integration or Web3 partnership per month. - Pipeline Conversion: Convert a massive DeFi lead list into signed agreements via warm introductions and existing credibility. - Deal Negotiation: Manage the full sales cycle and negotiate complex Web3 deal structures, including retainer and success-based terms.
Job Requirements
- Ecosystem Credibility: Minimum 1 year deeply embedded in the Asian Web3/DeFi space.
- Active Network: Strong, existing relationships with regional DeFi protocols, businesses, or institutional players.
- Closing Experience: Proven track record closing and supporting B2B deals and partnerships in a tech or crypto context.
- Technical Familiarity: Deep understanding of Web3 deal structures and how partnerships are typically structured in the DeFi space.
- Location: Currently based in Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, or China.
- Preferred: Prior experience at a DeFi protocol, blockchain infrastructure firm, or Web3 startup.
