• Analytical professional with strong communication skills • Monitor and analyze data daily to optimize digital channels, focusing on acquiring new customers and driving repeat purchases • Design dashboards and operational control systems • Promote a data-driven and growth culture for e-commerce • Apply AI in the Growth process: Analysis > Hypotheses > Prototyping > Activation > Measurement > Reporting • Experience with heatmaps and heuristic analyses • Strategic thinking to generate business hypotheses • Collaborate with the Design team to create advertising assets, content, and communications • Map and analyze conversions according to attribution models • Generate reports to track results and present action plans • Work in a dedicated squad with Marketing, Design, Performance, Analytics, and Development teams • Serve as the company's subject-matter expert on Adobe Target
Job Requirements
- Experience in Performance Digital Marketing
- Strong experience with e-commerce
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Familiarity with the UX process (Problem Understanding; UX Research; Ideation; Prototyping; Usability Testing; QA)
- Excellent data analysis skills, including proficiency in Excel and SQL
- Knowledge and experience with experimentation and Growth methodology
- Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and Power BI
- Experience with tools such as VWO, Optimizely, Insider, and Adobe Target
- Required: English for communication in international projects

The Course Conversion Specialist is responsible for providing courseware conversion support. Responsibilities - Provide courseware conversion support, as required. - Convert existing online training learning asset files from one authoring tool (Composica) to another (Lectora) in order to sustain the Warfighting Acquisition University online training portfolio. - Identify and report deficiencies to the team lead in converted online training learning assets for future maintenance efforts, as required. - Conduct data gathering and reporting to monitor and communicate progress, timeliness, and efficacy of the conversion process. - Other duties as assigned. Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree required - Experience may be used in lieu of education requirements. - Must have 3+ years of experience with: - Conducting courseware conversions. - Composica - Lectora - Must pass background check with a favorable NAC Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with Section 508 accessibility standards with regard to online training. - Experience conducting quality assurance using customer-established requirements. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: - Ability to meet minimum security clearance requirements. - Ability to follow prescribed processes to complete learning asset conversion and document processes and outcomes for each learning asset. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills that include the ability to interact with a wide variety of key stakeholders to ensure timely responses for all communications and deliverables across all projects. - Strong understanding of adult learning theory. - Superb planning, coordination, and organizational skills. - Results-driven with a positive attitude and a high degree of initiative and responsiveness. - Ability to multitask, meet tight deadlines, and attend to details while staying focused on key priorities and management. - Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required. - Ability to travel up to 10%.
