About the role We are looking for a Regional Marketing & Communications Analyst to be a key player in scaling our presence across the Central American market (Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador and Nicaragua). This isn't a traditional corporate role; you will be the guardian of our "tropicalization" strategy, ensuring our brand speaks the local language of each country with precision and authenticity. You will work directly with our Growth team to bridge the gap between high-level strategy and tactical execution. Your mission is to ensure that every script, every influencer, and every offline experiment resonates deeply with the local culture, while maintaining a rigorous focus on reporting and performance metrics. If you have an analytical mindset, a creative/critical eye for content, and the discipline to manage multiple moving parts without letting anything slip through the cracks, this is for you. Responsibilities 1. Content Localization & Influencer Management - Tropicalization Excellence: Review scripts, briefs, and creative assets to ensure the tone, slang, and cultural nuances are 100% accurate for each specific country in Central America. - Quality Control: Audit content and deliverables to ensure creative pieces, influencers and creators strictly follow approved briefs and brand guidelines. - Campaign Management: Maintain a rigorous follow-up on publication dates, ensuring all content goes live on schedule. - Sourcing & Curating: Constantly search for and vet new influencer/creators profiles and content ideas that align with Félix’s mission and brand voice. - Channel Oversight: Oversee the scheduling of social media calendars and support email marketing campaign execution. - Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Continuously track campaigns performance, maintaining up-to-date reports on key metrics to evaluate effectiveness. 2. Acquisition Experiments - Tactical Execution: Support the execution of new customer acquisition campaigns across various digital and physical touchpoints. - Offline Support: Assist with the logistics of offline marketing experiments, including events and guerrilla marketing tactics in the region. - Data-Driven Insights: Own the collection, reporting and documentation of performance metrics for growth experiments. Requirements - 3+ years of experience in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related roles (including relevant internships, volunteering, or prior jobs that demonstrate ownership). - Native-level Spanish and Professional English proficiency are essential for this role. - Deep Cultural Fluency: Ability to understand and apply slang, idioms, and local contexts across different Central American countries (Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador, Nicaragua). - Organizational Mastery: A proven track record of meeting tight deadlines and managing multiple projects simultaneously with extreme attention to detail. - Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Google Suite and a deep understanding of Social Media platforms and creator ecosystems. - Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with data and performance metrics to report on campaign success. - These are the applicable requisites/qualities we are looking for, although equivalent competencies in any of the above will also be considered. What We Offer - Competitive salary - Initial stock options grant - Annual performance bonus - Health, dental, and vision plans - Remote work environment, although we have offices in Miami and México City and would love to work in hybrid model if you are up to it. - Continuous learning opportunities - Unlimited PTO - Paid parental leave - Empowering opportunities for growth in a dynamic entrepreneurial environment Equal Opportunity Employer At Félix, we are committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all qualified employees and applicants without regard to race, religion, nationality, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, or disability.
