Job Requirements
- Native-level fluency in Japanese (both written and verbal)
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Customer Service industry
- An IT degree or background in the IT industry is a plus
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a customer-facing role
- Strong passion for problem-solving and investigation
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Some experience using Linux is an advantage

You will be expected to seek out information, use available materials, and ask the right questions when needed to ensure accurate and thoughtful responses.
