The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in both AI capability building and adoption as well as AI governance and risk. You will own executive relationships independently, represent EisnerAmper in executive rooms, and shape the strategic direction of our AI Advisory services. This role requires a leader who can navigate executive conversations on AI strategy and risk while also guiding clients through practical implementation and organizational change. What it Means to Work for EisnerAmper: - You will get to be part of one of the largest and fastest growing accounting and advisory firms in the industry - You will have the flexibility to manage your days in support of our commitment to work/life balance - You will join a culture that has received multiple top “Places to Work” awards - We believe that great work is accomplished when cultures, ideas and experiences come together to create new solutions - We understand that embracing our differences is what unites us as a team and strengthens our foundation - Showing up authentically is how we, both as professionals and a Firm, find inspiration to do our best work What Work You Will be Responsible For: - Own client relationships independently, serving as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives on AI strategy, governance, and implementation. - Represent EisnerAmper on AI Advisory in executive rooms, confidently navigating conversations that span AI risk and policy through capability building and adoption. - Build and maintain relationships with boards, executive teams, and key stakeholders across client organizations. - Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and expansion of existing relationships. - Identify opportunities within EisnerAmper's existing client base and collaborate with partners across service lines to deliver AI Advisory services. - Develop proposals, lead pitch presentations, and close engagements independently. - Lead complex AI advisory engagements spanning governance frameworks, strategy development, implementation planning, and organizational change. - Ensure successful delivery outcomes, managing scope, timelines, and client expectations. - Collaborate with internal teams and external resources to assemble the right expertise for each engagement. - Contribute to the strategic direction of the AI Advisory practice, including service development, market positioning, and thought leadership. - Build and lead delivery teams, providing mentorship and development to managers and senior consultants. - Maintain deep knowledge of AI market trends, regulatory developments, and emerging technologies across industries. - Travel approximately 35% to client sites and EisnerAmper offices. - May be required to occasionally work extended hours, or travel to/work from different firm offices and/or client locations. Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred. - 15+ years of experience in AI, technology strategy, risk management, or management consulting. - 5+ years in a client-facing leadership role with direct responsibility for executive relationships and revenue generation with demonstrated expertise in both AI governance/risk and AI capability building/adoption. Preferred/Desired Qualifications - Experience in professional services, consulting, or advisory roles serving enterprise clients. - Track record of building and growing advisory practices or service lines. - Deep knowledge of responsible AI governance frameworks, AI/ML technologies, and enterprise AI adoption patterns. - Experience advising boards and C-suite executives on technology risk and strategy. - Strong executive presence with excellent communication and relationship-building skills. - Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value for non-technical audiences. - Existing network of executive relationships is a plus.
