Bilingual Customer Escalations Specialist

• Provide resolutions to queries received from customers via call, chat or email in English and Spanish. • Ensure customers are satisfied with product or service. • Follow-up with customers in a timely manner, when a service resolution requires investigation. • Educate the customer to assist with self-service solutions and to mitigate future product questions. • Utilize resources to provide first contact resolution for all contacts. • Determine when query requires escalation after available resources have been exhausted. • Provide basic troubleshooting assistance with common internet browsers. • Maintain a professional demeanor with all customer interactions. • Maintain performance metrics expectations and strive for continuous learning to achieve desired goals. • Monitor issues and trends and escalate to management as needed. • Perform additional duties where needed.

Job Description: Accountable for performing and monitoring a full spectrum of Electroencephalogram (EEG) procedures. The position provides care to patients in the hospital and EEG clinic using neurodiagnostic technologies, and through coordination of care with other health care professionals.Job Specifics: - Shift Details: PRN- Part Time - This role will have variable shifts with on call coverage as well as nights, weekends and holidays. We are a 24/7/365 clinical team. - Department/Unit: TeleEEG Monitoring/Remote - Additional Details: R.EEG.T certification is required. Essential Functions - Performs routine and continuous EEG procedure hookups using best-practice electrode placement. - Ability to recognize epileptiform brain wave patterns and follow established policies and protocols to provide best-practice care. - Performs EEG monitoring, including documentation, of continuous video EEG procedures. - Ability to use medical equipment and computers to perform neurodiagnostic procedures. - Performs advanced EEG procedures including WADA, PET Scan, SPECT scan with EEG, and Surgical EEG, etc. - Assists in the training of technicians under the direction of the EEG Supervisor. - Monitors and tracks equipment and supplies and coordinates troubleshoot efforts when appropriate. - Performs technical documentation and charting of neurodiagnostic patient procedures. - Demonstrated communication skills with patients, providers, and other caregivers. Will also bend to retrieve, lift, and carry supplies and equipment. Typically includes items of varying weights, up to and including heavy items. - Need to walk and assist with transporting/ambulating patients and obtaining and distributing supplies and equipment.
