Full Time Job Description: Your Wireless, a Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer, is seeking an experienced Contact Center Representative to join our team. We are looking for a contact center representative that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. The Contact Center Representative will be part of a team of inside sales representatives responsible for positioning Verizon Wireless products, services, and solutions to business and consumer customers through outbound calling efforts. Setting appointments for Verizon customers at our network of retail locations by driving marketing and promotional campaigns. What we offer: - Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance - Employee discount on Verizon services - 401(k) with company matching Contact Center Representative Duties and Responsibilities: - Handle high volume of outbound and inbound calls to/from Verizon customers. - Conduct outbound calling for follow-ups and sales promotions. - Assist customers with product information and purchasing decisions. - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat and SMS messages. - Serve as a liaison between customers and the sales team. - Upsell products or services to increase revenue. - Perform data entry tasks accurately and in a timely manner. - Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets. Qualifications/Requirements: - At least a High School degree or equivalent. - At least two (2) years experience in a call center or tele sales environment - At least two (2) years customer service experience, preferably in telecommunications. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Knowledge of CRM systems and sales tracking tools - Knowledge of wireless technology and services (preferred) - Previous experience with Verizon products and services (preferred) - Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment About Your Wireless Your Wireless is proud to be the largest minority-owned Verizon Authorized Retailer.
