Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working in an agency environment

Provide clarification and information to the public, providers and prospective providers on the licensure and certification process, requirements, and interpretations. Intake complaints and concerns from the public for investigation. Respond to written requests for information to the public, providers and other agencies. Meet with interest groups, such as health care associations, civic clubs, and professional organizations to discuss the present and future goals of the licensure, certification and inspection of care programs. This is a home-based position in the Wake /Central Region and should reside in Wake, Alamance, Guilford, Forsyth, Orange, Durham, Caswell, Person, Vance, Warren, Franklin, Rockingham, Montgomery, Moore, Lee, Anson, or surrounding counties.
