Amentum is seeking an Application Administrator to join our team in West Palm Beach, FL to support the Atlantic Undersea Test and Evaluation Center (AUTEC) mission. The Application Administrator position is responsible for Administering AUTEC Project applications. Support includes application administration, configuration management, quality assurance. Will consider REMOTE work. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Government Clearance. Note: U.S. Citizenship is required to obtain a Secret Clearance. Essential Responsibilities: - Application Administration. - Create, manage and trouble shoot: Active Directory (AD) and other application accounts, groups in AD and SharePoint, permissions in SharePoint and other environments, Teams Groups, SharePoint lists and SharePoint sites, and group and functional email accounts. - Support and troubleshoot locally developed applications. - Create and implement plans for providing technical solutions to user’s requirements. - Client Support: Support end users in accessing applications, resolve user issues with applications, submit tickets for issues that cannot be resolved, and support users in gaining access to various systems. - Configuration management: Generate change documentation and create/update documentation. - Software Quality Assurance: Open tickets, document all issues identified, and execute test plans. - Other duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements: - Associate's degree in computer related field and 2 years of experience in IT or related field or 4-years of equivalent, professional work experience in lieu of a degree. - 1 year experience as a SharePoint administrator or equivalent AD User/Group and file share permissions administration. - CompTIA Security+ CE. - Strong communication and problem-solving skills. - Strong analytical and quantitative abilities. - Demonstrated strong documentation skills. - Valid driver’s license is required. - Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Government Clearance.
