As an Integrations Implementation Intern, you’ll work directly with customers and with Igor to deliver integration onboardings and implementation projects. You’ll help customers connect their systems (ERP/PLM/CRM/data exports) with Luminovo, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve our playbooks so every next onboarding becomes faster. This role is for someone who is AI-native (or strongly AI-ambitious) and loves structured execution: checklists, verification loops, clean documentation, and predictable delivery. 🛝 What you’ll learn (and have freedom to experiment with) - How to work with AI agents to speed up delivery (analysis, debugging, data transformations, documentation, customer comms) - How to build reusable AI workflows: prompts, templates, checklists, and lightweight automations - How to stay reliable while using AI heavily: verification loops, traceability, and reproducible outputs 📋 What you’ll actually do - Support and execute customer integration onboardings and implementation projects - Implement and ship small scripts/tools that run in or alongside customer environments when needed (e.g., data extraction/transformation, scheduled jobs) — with guidance - Work with real enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Navision / Dynamics, etc.) and learn how to get things running in constrained IT setups - Debug integration issues (API auth, payloads, data quality, mapping, edge cases) - Create runbooks/checklists/templates that reduce repeated questions and manual steps - Use AI tools heavily to accelerate analysis, docs, scripts, and customer communication — with strong verification discipline We don't need you to be an expert in the electronics industry today. • Completes amendment activities within assigned projects and ensures amendment deliverables meet customer expectations, as well as contracted milestones by providing accurate projections, report updates, and ongoing risk assessments. • Supports the amendment implementation strategy at country and site levels, within a region or globally • Supports understanding of amendment scope, classification and timelines • Supports requests of country resources in Clarity • Collaborates with project teams on amendment planning • Discusses financial coverage for an amendment with the Project Lead • Tracks amendment related actions and facilitates updates within applicable system(s) • Schedules and conducts progress check calls with project teams • Updates Principal Investigator Amendment Notification and Amendment Implementation Letters • Liaises with the Regulatory Affairs Leads and project teams to assess amendment’ submission requirements and country submission timelines • Prepares and distributes the Amendment Progress Report and other applicable study reports to project teams to act on compliance gaps as applicable, directly in systems, providing a deadline for feedback • Updates forecasting and actuals for amendment related units according to Clarity monthly deadlines • Informs project team members when amendment activities have been completed • Supports risk identification and contingency planning pertaining to amendments • Introduces roles and responsibilities to project team • Requests access to study related systems

• Lead and mentor a team of Technical Implementation Specialists, providing guidance and best practices for seamless customer deployments • Oversee customer onboarding and technical implementations, ensuring a smooth transition and system integration • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define technical requirements and tailor solutions to their needs • Design and optimize ETL workflows, leveraging automation and AI agents to ensure repeatable, high-quality, and cost-efficient recurring data deliveries • Manage integration of customer data into ODAIA’s platform, ensuring accuracy and performance • Oversee data ingestion and pipeline configuration to ensure optimal data readiness for ODAIA's commercial intelligence and AI models. • Utilize modern data tools (e.g., PySpark, Snowflake) to explore, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with ETL and system configuration • Ensure timely and high-quality data deliveries, maintaining data integrity and compliance with industry standards • Analyze team performance data and team output KPIs to identify bottlenecks, improve implementation processes and increase automation • Drive cross-functional collaboration, ensuring alignment between customer success, engineering, and product teams
