The electronics supply chain platform

Role Description Luminovo is the first electronics supply chain platform that connects all the data, processes, and stakeholders in a trillion-dollar industry — and we're just getting started in North America. We have a proven partnerships model in Europe which is split into building an ecosystem of suppliers and running a referral partner system with experts called the ambassador program. Our ambassador program and supplier partnerships are already a core part of how we grow. Now we need someone to own that entire motion for North America — building it from near-zero into a real revenue engine. This is not a supporting role. It's a full-cycle, senior IC position. You'll own your pipeline, run your own meetings, and be measured on real commercial outcomes: signed partner ARR, ambassador referrals, and influenced revenue. You'll be working in a market with ~150 PCB manufacturers, ~100–150 distributors, and 50–70 SMT equipment vendors — most of them untouched. Unlike a traditional sales role, you won't hand partners off to customer success when a deal closes. You own the relationship long-term. That means deeper trust, more referrals over time, and a compounding book of business that grows with you. You'll also be in the room where it matters. Our partnerships team generates some of its best leads at trade shows and industry events — not from behind a laptop. Expect to travel strategically a handful of times a year to conferences where the electronics industry gathers. If you want to own a market, not just work in one, this is the role. Qualifications - Electronics industry network: You come from the industry — distribution, EMS software, electronics supply chain, or a direct competitor. - Full-cycle commercial ownership: You've carried a number in B2B SaaS or an electronics-adjacent business, in the $5k–$30k ARR deal band. - Two-speed partnerships: Comfortable in both relationship-led channel building and transactional partner closing. - NA-native GTM instincts: Understand how to sell into North American channel and VP Sales orgs. - Willing to travel: Attend trade shows and industry conferences — a valid passport is required. - Operator mindset: Reach for tools before asking for headcount. - Structure bias: Document what works and build playbooks. - High agency, low ego: Run meetings where you add the most value and know when to hand off to someone else. Requirements - Activate ambassador program: Get in front of ambassadors, build relationships, and turn warm agreements into real referral pipeline. - Expand ambassador network: Sign ≥10 new high-fit NA ambassadors and target ≥10 referrals per ambassador per year. - Operationalize: Set up cadences, materials, and tracking for ambassadors. - Win PCB partners: Build a pipeline of NA-based PCB suppliers and bring them onto the Luminovo network. - Win distributor partners: Land new partnerships across API, Quote, and Stocking partner types. - Drive revenue: Hit ambitious revenue targets with the tools, playbook, and support provided. - Own your stack: Be self-sufficient in HubSpot and other tools from day one. - Build the playbook: Document what works and create repeatable processes. - Measure what matters: Track leading indicators proactively. Benefits - Remote-first work environment. - Support from leading investors. - Access to a diverse and talented team. - Opportunities for growth and impact. 🚀 Your opportunity Are you excited about solving real customer problems at the intersection of software, data, and business processes? Do you enjoy working hands-on with APIs, messy datasets, and integration workflows — and using AI tools to deliver fast without losing rigor? As an Integrations Implementation Intern, you’ll work directly with customers and with Igor to deliver integration onboardings and implementation projects. You’ll help customers connect their systems (ERP/PLM/CRM/data exports) with Luminovo, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve our playbooks so every next onboarding becomes faster. This role is for someone who is AI-native (or strongly AI-ambitious) and loves structured execution: checklists, verification loops, clean documentation, and predictable delivery. 🛝 What you’ll learn (and have freedom to experiment with) - How to work with AI agents to speed up delivery (analysis, debugging, data transformations, documentation, customer comms) - How to build reusable AI workflows: prompts, templates, checklists, and lightweight automations - How to stay reliable while using AI heavily: verification loops, traceability, and reproducible outputs 📋 What you’ll actually do - Support and execute customer integration onboardings and implementation projects - Implement and ship small scripts/tools that run in or alongside customer environments when needed (e.g., data extraction/transformation, scheduled jobs) — with guidance - Work with real enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Navision / Dynamics, etc.) and learn how to get things running in constrained IT setups - Debug integration issues (API auth, payloads, data quality, mapping, edge cases) - Create runbooks/checklists/templates that reduce repeated questions and manual steps - Use AI tools heavily to accelerate analysis, docs, scripts, and customer communication — with strong verification discipline We don't need you to be an expert in the electronics industry today. But you have to be willing to dive into it to understand our potential customers' unique situations and how our software tools can create value for them. 🎯 Performance objectives - Deliver integrations efficiently: Drive tasks to closure, keep next steps updated, shorten cycle time on onboarding work. - Be AI-native with structure: Use AI daily to accelerate work, but always with: prompt structure, verification, and reproducible artifacts. - Improve quality + reduce repetition: Turn recurring issues into documentation, templates, checklists, and small helper scripts. - Operate customer-facing: Clear communication, expectation management, and reliable follow-through. ⚡️ Skills, knowledge, and expertise Just so you know – we purposefully did not create a standard list of minimum qualifications for this role. We care much more about your motivation and ability to help us accelerate technical progress than we care just about your CV. If you're interested to find out more about why we banned requirements from our performance profiles – see here. However, you could be a good fit if... - You've built and shipped code before. It doesn't have to be impressive, it has to be real (a script that solved a problem, a small tool, a project that ran in production or close to it). - You reach for AI tools instinctively when you work and you've developed habits around prompting well, checking outputs, and choosing the right tool for the job. - Data doesn't scare you. You've wrangled CSVs, mapped fields, validated messy datasets, or cleaned up someone else's export. - You've poked around APIs — called an endpoint, read error codes, or debugged auth issues, even if you Googled every step. ⚡️ About Luminovo Luminovo is the first electronics supply chain platform that unites all data, processes, and stakeholders in the trillion-dollar electronics industry.
