Client Service Representative
Osaic
• Engage directly with customers – over 11,000 Financial Professionals • Help grow and support their firms • Work closely with team members in operational and transactional activities • Perform a variety of administrative and sales support activities • Act as a liaison between investment executive and clearing firm, fund company, and carrier • Maintain electronic client files and documentation on web-based software • Provide highest level of service and responsiveness to customers • Ensure client satisfaction continues to be a distinguishing selling point
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- high school diploma (or equivalent) in combination with significant experience will be considered in lieu of degree
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Client service oriented
- Ability to quickly learn and apply new information
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Detail-oriented
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Time management skills
- FINRA Series 7 License preferred
- Prior customer service experience preferred
- Financial services experience preferred
