Türkiye’de Sağlık & Yan Haklar (Health & Benefits) Satış Ekibimize katılacak ekip arkadaşı arıyoruz. Bu rol, grup sağlık ve hayat sigortası çözümlerinin brokerlik satışına odaklanmakta olup, özellikle Bursa pazarı güçlü bir şekilde hedeflenmektedir. Pozisyon Bursa merkezli olabilir; güçlü yerel pazar bilgisi ve network’ü olan adaylar için Türkiye genelinden uzaktan çalışma imkânı da bulunmaktadır. Sorumluluklar - Sağlık & Yan Haklar brokerlik çözümleri (sağlık ve hayat sigortası) için yeni müşteri kazanımı sağlamak - Belirlenen satış hedeflerini karşılamak veya aşmak - Satış döngüsü boyunca tüm satış araç ve kaynaklarını etkin şekilde kullanmak - Müşteri kazanımı sonrasında müşteri yönetimi, elde tutma ve büyüme süreçlerine katkı sağlamak - Yerel pazar ve sigortacı bilgilerini kullanarak yeni kurumsal müşterileri tespit etmek, yaklaşmak ve kazanmak - Özellikle Bursa pazarında cold call, networking ve referanslar yoluyla aktif lead yaratmak - Fırsat yaratmadan sözleşme kapanışına kadar uçtan uca satış süreçlerini (fiyatlama ve ticari müzakereler dâhil) yönetmek - Satış metriklerini takip etmek, analiz etmek ve raporlamak - İşveren ihtiyaçlarına uygun satış teklifleri, sunumlar ve müşteri pitch’leri hazırlamak ve sunmak - Sağlık & Yan Haklar çözümlerimizin değerini net şekilde ortaya koyarak WTW’yi güvenilir bir iş ortağı olarak konumlandırmak - Çapraz satış fırsatlarını desteklemek için iç ekiplerle yakın iş birliği içinde çalışmak - Satış faaliyetlerini ve süreçlerini CRM sistemleri üzerinden takip etmek - WTW politika, prosedür ve satış standartlarına uyum sağlamak
