• Developing strategies and implementing action plans to increase the penetration rate of Alcoa aluminum wheels for Commercial Vehicle (Truck, Bus, Trailer) vs. steel wheels by convincing fleets. • Continuous analysis of the Commercial Vehicle market in the defined region and propose a strategy accordingly. • The incumbent maintains contacts to the tire, suspension, axle and wheel attachment manufacturers, Truck and Trailer Dealers as well as to the private and government testing and regulatory organizations.

Job Requirements

  • Have bachelor degree or equivalent by experience.
  • Speak native Polish and very good English (must).
  • Gained experience in selling high value products
  • Knowledge of Commercial Transportation Business is an asset
  • Are motivated, passionate and result driven
  • Are reliable and autonomous/self-starter.
  • Accountable and solution provider
