We want to create industry-leading, world class work that’s truly beautiful, smart, and effective. You will be providing artwork services. You will take artwork briefs from the client and therefore the role demands a consistent and accurate approach to layout and design to fulfil the brief within agreed timescales. Taking personal responsibility for time management and the completion of timesheets are all important requirements. Adobe Creative Suite skills are essential, especially InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator. What you will be doing: - Undertake artwork to the client’s brief and exacting standards. - Develop an effective working relationship with colleagues and clients while providing excellent customer service. - Effectively manage workloads within agreed timescales. - Complete timesheets. - Work in a regulated environment. - Proactively monitor artwork quality, accuracy, and consistency. - Take direction and feedback well and act on them timeously. - Look for ways to technically improve existing creative. - Be a Brand guardian and understand the brand guidelines intricately. - Take responsibility for continued professional development. - Work proactively under your own initiative and as part of the design team.
