Finance Analyst – Junior

• Monitor order receipt and ensure billing release, execution, and reconciliation are completed within deadlines. • Compile hours worked and project deliverables by project, validating data to ensure billing accuracy. • Act as the primary point of contact for Project Managers, collecting approvals and clarifying questions about the financial status of each account. • Consolidate and organize all documentation required for Revenue Provisioning and internal/external audit processes. • Maintain management controls and dashboards that support executive decision-making on revenue targets. • Manage general billing documentation and ensure integrity of workflows between the CRM (Salesforce) and the finance team.

Job Requirements

  • Comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets, and detail-oriented processes.
  • Ability to manage monthly close activities and respond to billing urgencies.
  • Skill in working across different areas and proactively following up with managers for responses.
  • Proficiency in maintaining control spreadsheets and performing data reconciliations.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is a strong advantage for understanding the sales and contract cycle.
  • Experience in Technology companies or Consulting firms.
