Remote Service Trainer A Trainer within a manufacturing organization that builds heavy, off-road equipment used in the forestry industry, is responsible for delivering training programs to employees and/or customers and equipment dealership staff. The Trainer will provide virtual, in-class or hands-on training and will be tasked with planning and preparing instructional materials and resources, establishing and managing a positive learning environment, and instructing and evaluating students. Job Duties - Design, develop, maintain and deliver in-house training programs. - Conduct training needs analyses, ensuring all compulsory compliance needs are met. - Maintain a strong knowledge of legislative and product changes that are upcoming to proactively begin developing or modifying training programs. This role is responsible for receiving, maintaining, and processing requests for bonds that are provided via in-person, phone, email, and written correspondence. Additionally, this role is responsible for receiving, maintaining, and processing requests for licenses and tobacco stamp orders for License and Registration, Business One Stop, and Peer to Peer Car Sharing, as needed.
