This role is ideal for someone who has spent significant time coaching individuals or couples through marital conflict, emotional disconnection, trust breakdowns, separation, reconciliation, or long-term relationship rebuilding. You are comfortable holding space for difficult conversations, offering direct yet compassionate guidance, and translating complex emotional dynamics into clear, actionable steps. This is not a surface-level coaching role - it requires maturity, emotional intelligence, and real-world exposure to relationship transformation work. What You’ll Do Coaching & Client Support - Deliver high-impact 1:1 and group coaching sessions focused on marriage dynamics, emotional regulation, communication breakdowns, trust repair, and personal accountability - Guide clients through emotionally charged situations with clarity, structure, and proven frameworks - Help clients move from crisis and confusion to stability, leadership, and long-term behavioral change Client Experience & Retention - Track client progress across emotionally complex journeys, identifying risks, resistance patterns, and breakthrough moments - Proactively intervene when clients struggle with consistency, emotional setbacks, or decision paralysis - Contribute insights to continuously improve coaching frameworks and client outcomes
Job Requirements
- Coaching Expertise
- Certified coach (ICF, IFS, or similar), with demonstrated experience coaching around relationships, marriage, or long-term partnerships
- Relevant Applied Experience
- Proven background working with:
- Marriage or relationship coaching
- Couples, family systems, or individual clients navigating relationship crises
- Emotional regulation, conflict resolution, accountability, and behavioral change
- Emotional Maturity & Presence
- Comfortable working with clients in high emotional distress
- Able to balance empathy with firmness, challenge avoidance patterns, and maintain authority in difficult conversations
- Communication Excellence
- Strong verbal communication skills, able to explain complex emotional concepts in a grounded, practical way
- Confident facilitating group discussions on sensitive topics
- Operational Fit
- Organized, reliable, and comfortable operating within structured programs
- Available to work primarily between 1PM and 9PM EST

Remote Service Trainer A Trainer within a manufacturing organization that builds heavy, off-road equipment used in the forestry industry, is responsible for delivering training programs to employees and/or customers and equipment dealership staff. The Trainer will provide virtual, in-class or hands-on training and will be tasked with planning and preparing instructional materials and resources, establishing and managing a positive learning environment, and instructing and evaluating students. LICENSING SPECIALIST Job Location: Division of Taxpayer Services Address: 1600 W Monroe Street, Phoenix, AZ, 85007 Posting Details: Salary: 21.15/Hourly Grade: 19 Job Summary: The Licensing Specialist serves as a Tier-2 point-of-contact for both online and in-person taxpayers contacting the Licensing Call Center. This role is responsible for receiving, maintaining, and processing requests for bonds that are provided via in-person, phone, email, and written correspondence. Additionally, this role is responsible for receiving, maintaining, and processing requests for licenses and tobacco stamp orders for License and Registration, Business One Stop, and Peer to Peer Car Sharing, as needed. This position is full time in office with the possibility to work remotely, within Arizona, based upon the department's business needs and continual meeting of expected performance measures.
