• Estabelecer agendas de implantação e acompanhamento operacional de clientes; • Realizar o planejamento detalhado do projeto de implantação da solução; • Mapeamento de processos operacionais (AS IS e TO BE); • Estabelecer indicadores de Operação, Curva S, ramp up operacional, esteria de BUG FIX e melhorias emergenciais; • Traçar planos de ação de desvios/ineficiência operacional; • Definição de regras operacionais (Regras de Negócio); • Realizar kickoff do projeto; • Apresentação interna do TO BE; • Validação de entregas; • Acompanhamento de testes integrados; • Acompanhamento operacional, estratégico e report interno interno e externo da evolução do projeto e das Operações; • Manter rotina de acompanhamento da aderência das soluções implantadas nas operações dos clientes; • Identificar necessidade/oportunidade de ajuste de regras de negócio e implantação de novas funcionalidades na operação dos clientes; • Conduzir as rotinas de desenvolvimento evolutivo e sustentação da solução; • Implementar rotinas de acompanhamento remoto e In locco da operação dos clientes através da Plataforma Vector; • Conduzir reuniões periódicas com clientes para acompanhamento dos indicadores de aderência, eficiência e ramp up da operação.
Job Requirements
- Formação superior completa.
- Inglês intermediário (leitura/escrita e participação em reuniões quando necessário).
- Experiência com implantação e acompanhamento de projetos, garantindo cumprimento de prazos e entregas.
- Vivência com mapeamento e melhoria/automação de processos (ex.: Lean, BPMN, Six Sigma, Kaizen).
- Domínio de ferramentas de produtividade e gestão como: excel, PowerPoint, Power BI e Miro;
- Necessário experiência em logística, com entendimento prático de fluxos operacionais (ex.: transporte, expedição, recebimento, roteirização, entrega, tracking, ocorrências, etc.);
- CNH ativa e na validade;
- Disponibilidade para viagens.

- Certificação PMP, CAPM ou similares.
- Conhecimento/experiência com ferramentas de gestão de projetos (MS Project, Jira, Asana, ClickUp, Trello, Monday etc.).
- Experiência em projetos de tecnologia, implantação de sistemas (ERP/TMS/WMS) e integrações.
- Conhecimento de metodologias híbridas (cascata + ágil), gestão de backlog e cerimônias quando aplicável.

Corporate Card Analyst Mission: The Corporate Card Analyst will oversee reporting and program administration for IDEA Public Schools’ Corporate Card and Draw Down Card programs, including functions managed through American Express and Texas Capital Bank. This role is responsible for responding to cardholder audit requests and various data inquiries, ensuring all support documentation is collected, reviewed, analyzed, and provided to stakeholders in a timely and audit-ready manner. The Corporate Card Analyst will uphold strong internal controls, proactively identify and mitigate risk, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and best practices as outlined by the Texas Education Agency. This role is also responsible for driving continuous improvement across procurement and payment processes to enhance efficiency, transparency, and accountability.
