Role Description As Global Marketing Microbiology Apprentice you will cooperate in different projects within the Global Marketing Department, assisting with the coordination and delivery of our marketing strategy to our external/internal customers. - Launch Tools Preparation & Support - Contribute to the preparation, validation, and rollout of launch tools for new launches including VITEK PRO, SW11, PRIMO, and OPTIMO. - Ensure tool materials are complete, accurate, and ready for use by internal teams and subsidiaries. - Provide ongoing support to address questions or updates related to launch tools. - Support for AST Pharma Interactions - Prepare slides, documents, and briefing materials for discussions with pharma partners. - Support the preparation of quotations and ensure alignment with internal stakeholders. - Coordinate and follow up on meeting planning, actions, and next steps with pharma companies. - Communication & Support to Subsidiaries - Provide guidance on how to implement and use available tools effectively. - Serve as a reference point for frequently asked questions and recurring operational topics.
