Role Description The Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) is a customer-facing, field-based role responsible for supporting healthcare providers, laboratories, and health systems in navigating complex coverage, coding, and reimbursement pathways for bioMérieux diagnostic solutions. Acting as a trusted partner, the FRM delivers education, guidance, and problem-solving support to optimize billing practices, reduce reimbursement barriers, and improve patient access to testing. This role collaborates cross-functionally with Sales, Market Access, Medical Affairs, and Commercial Operations to address customer needs, influence access strategy, and ensure compliant engagement. This highly visible role plays a key part in supporting commercial execution and enhancing customer experience through proactive and responsive reimbursement support. This is a multifaceted role that combines scientific expertise, field medical affairs responsibilities, people and team management. Your position oversees an area team of field-based Medical Science Liaisons (MSL) who support bioMerieux Microbiology, Molecular, and Immunoassay portfolios. Position Summary Working under the direction of the Sr. Manager Omnichannel Marketing Communications, the Digital Media, Growth & Performance Strategy Manager will help shape our media strategy, accelerate performance, and drive innovation across our digital ecosystem. This role blends performance marketing, growth experimentation, and media innovation. Qualifications Bachelor degree required in advertising, marketing, or other related field preferred Education substitution: in lieu of a bachelor's degree, 4 years of additional relevant experience will be accepted. 5+ years of professional related experience in digital advertising or an in‑house digital marketing team with a proven track record of delivering results through digital marketing techniques. Preferred Demonstrated success supporting long sales cycles, multi stakeholder buying journeys, and account based marketing programs. Extensive experience with defining budget, CPA, ROAS and other thresholds for all campaigns. Extensive experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, social media advertising, etc. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Consistently upholds and reflects the core ethical principles and values that bioMérieux promotes. Intermediate experience creating media specific documents such as media plans and playbooks, objectives, and strategy decks. Strong grasp of digital advertising best practices from both business and technical perspectives. Working Conditions and Physical Requirements Ability to remain in a stationary position for prolonged periods. Ability to ascend and descend stairs, ladders, ramps, and similar structures. No requirement to wear PPE most of the day. No operation of heavy machinery. No requirement to adjust or move objects up to 50 pounds. Domestic travel required: 10% of time.
