Job Title: EA/PA - Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer - Based in the U.S. - Remote The Role TurbineOne is hiring an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to support the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Chief Product Officer (CPO). This is a highly trusted, high-impact role designed for individuals who thrive in fast-moving environments and take pride in enabling exceptional leadership performance. Candidates for this role can be remote. This role blends traditional executive assistant responsibilities with personal assistant support. You will serve as a strategic partner—anticipating needs, managing complexity, protecting executive time, and ensuring professional and personal priorities move forward seamlessly. These roles require excellent judgment, discretion, and the ability to operate independently with confidence. Primary Responsibilities Executive Support - Own complex, high-volume calendar management across multiple time zones; proactively identify conflicts, dependencies, and priorities - Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, lodging, ground transportation, itineraries, and contingency planning - Prepare executives for meetings by managing agendas, briefing materials, action items, and follow-ups - Serve as a primary liaison between executives and internal teams, external partners, advisors, and stakeholders - Handle highly sensitive, confidential, and time-critical information with discretion and sound judgment Personal Assistant Support - Manage select personal logistics for executives, including scheduling, travel planning, and personal appointments - Support family- or life-adjacent coordination as needed (schools, events, special occasions, and managing complexities that arise from overlapping personal and business travel) - Act as a trusted extension of the executive, handling tasks efficiently, professionally, and with minimal oversight Operational & Administrative Support - Draft, manage, and organize correspondence, documents, and presentations - Track commitments, deadlines, and deliverables across professional and personal domains - Submit, track, and reconcile expenses; support light budget tracking where applicable - Coordinate logistics for meetings, dinners, offsites, and small events (venues, vendors, materials) - Support executives across company operations, partnerships, fundraising, and board engagement - Coordinate frequent travel between the Bay Area, East Coast, and customer sites - Assist with logistics related to company facilities, executive offsites, and internal events - Thrive in a startup-style environment with ambiguity, speed, and evolving priorities Qualifications Required - 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives (Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Chief of Staff–adjacent roles) - Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail - Strong written and verbal communication skills - High degree of professionalism, discretion, and integrity - Ability to manage competing priorities, anticipate needs, and pivot quickly - Comfort working independently in a fast-moving environment - Proficiency with modern productivity tools (Google Workspace, calendars, Slack, expense tools) Preferred - Experience supporting executives in defense, government, technology, or high-growth startups - Experience managing both professional and personal responsibilities for executives - Familiarity with government or military environments - Familiarity with startup, investor-facing, or board-facing environments What Success Looks Like in 6 Months - Executives feel consistently prepared, supported, and one step ahead - Calendars and travel operate smoothly with minimal fire drills - Details are handled proactively before they become problems - Strong trust is established through reliability, discretion, and follow-through, internally and externally with critical counterparts in government and industry - Executive time and attention are protected and optimized, enabling company momentum Compensation & Work Style - Competitive base salary aligned with market standards - Compelling equity package with standard vesting - Remote-friendly with strong independence; proximity to executive location required - High trust, high ownership role—you control your execution while meeting the needs of the business

Job Description A bit about this role: - We are looking for a forward-thinking, innovative, clinically excellent cardiologist to deliver high quality, top-notch cardiovascular care to Devoted Health plan members and to serve as the supervising physician for the Devoted Medical Heart Center nurse practitioner team. - Devoted Medical is building a next generation value based, virtual-first cardiovascular care delivery model called the Devoted Medical Heart Center. The Heart Center encompasses our virtual general cardiology clinic and our virtual congestive heart failure clinic. - You will serve as the inaugural Cardiology Attending with a primary focus on delivering direct virtual-first general cardiology care that is superior to general cardiology care in the community and helping to build and grow the program to support cardiovascular care in our members. - You will also work closely with our Congestive Heart Failure program to offer clinical supervision and program development. Congestive Heart Failure care is led by an interdisciplinary team of nurse practitioners, nurses, health coaches and pharmacists. - All of our clinical programs are supported by remote weight and blood pressure monitoring, extended Holter capabilities, and in-home diagnostics (including echocardiogram, vascular ultrasound, and EKG). Required skills and experience: - You believe strongly in an innovative, value-based approach to cardiovascular care focused on clinical quality, patient experience, and improved access to cardiology services. - Board certified in Internal Medicine and Board Certified or Board Eligible in Adult Cardiovascular Disease (new fellowship graduates are welcome). - Proficiency in EKGs, Holter monitoring, and echocardiography. - You must be comfortable delivering virtual-first cardiology care for clinically eligible cardiac conditions through telehealth appointments, remote monitoring, in-home diagnostics, and collaboration with community cardiologists when clinically indicated. - Strong communication skills especially with community cardiologists and PCPs as well as internally with a cross-functional team at Devoted Medical including clinical (nurses, medical assistants, nurse practitioners, other physicians), operations, and product partners. - You love seeing patients and believe the only way to build a great model is to be in the arena practicing within it. Desired skills and experience: - Prior experience practicing in value based care models. Your Responsibilities and Impact will include: - This is a full-time role. - You will provide best-in-class direct telehealth care in our virtual cardiology clinic. The breakdown of your time may approximate: - 70% direct telehealth cardiology care. - 20% nurse practitioner collaboration. - 10% project based work to help continue to grow the cardiovascular program. - Expect ample time for visits in this value-based model with initial visits lasting 45-60 minutes. - There are no in-person clinic based or hospital based responsibilities. - Urgent calls after hours will be triaged to our 24/7 care on demand line. There are no overnight call responsibilities. You will be asked to help serve as a backup to the nurse practitioners on call for our care on demand clinic for approximately one weekend a quarter. - While our clinic is virtual, you will partner with our care coordination team to help members access high-quality community cardiology care when in-person care is required or preferred. - As the clinic grows over time you will help build a collaborative model with cardiology nurse practitioners helping to support patients’ general cardiology needs. - While you will be initially focused on the delivery of cardiology care, you will be a core part of helping iterate the clinical model to achieve better outcomes for our members in line with the Devoted mission of treating every member like family. - You will develop and evolve the vision for the service line including expansion into increasingly AI-enabled clinical care.
