Role Overview We’re hiring a Senior Product Engineer in our newly established Growth Team, a cross-functional group focused on accelerating Product-Led Growth. This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who can build fast, think product-first, and thrive in an experimental environment. You’ll work closely with engineering, marketing and product, driving growth-focused initiatives directly inside the product experience. Expect rapid iteration, close collaboration, and ownership of experiments end-to-end. Responsibilities - Enable fast experimentation that supports evidence guided decisions. Implement user-facing experiments when needed, ensuring high-quality executions that validate hypotheses quickly. - Work directly with product and engineering teams and services across the full platform to design and build scalable product growth features. - Contribute to and influence architecture. - Own the full lifecycle of growth initiatives: ideation, technical design, implementation, rollout, instrumentation, and iteration based on results. - Work with product and marketing team members to shape experiments, ensuring technical feasibility and efficient execution. - Maintain strong engineering standards across performance, reliability, and code quality while operating in a fast-moving environment. - Improve observability, analytics, and experimentation frameworks to speed up learning cycles. - Share knowledge across the team and contribute to a culture of rapid learning and continuous improvement. Your profile - 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with significant experience building and delivering large-scale, high-performance distributed systems. - Experience in growth engineering, product engineering, marketplace platforms, or PLG-focused teams is a plus. - Experience in Python or Ruby on Rails and its ecosystem. Frontend skills are a strong advantage. - Comfortable with DevOps practices, cloud environments (ideally AWS), and monitoring tools, you own your code in production. - Deep understanding of performance, reliability, data integrity, and scalable system design. - Pragmatic, hypothesis-driven, and comfortable making tradeoffs to move fast while preserving technical quality. - Enjoys collaborating with non-engineering partners and incorporating customer and business context into technical decisions. - High ownership mindset with a bias toward action and measurable impact. • Responsible for proper operation and maintenance of Engines room and other machinery equipment

• Act as a Company Technical SME on AWS Connect & AWS Bedrock. • Be a community Leader in the wider Caesars engineering community (i.e., Lodging Management Systems, IT Ops, Cyber Security, etc.) in product development and support of production systems. • Respond to system outages and participate in root cause analysis which may include having to work off hours when necessary. • Submit Change/Incident Management Tickets, coordinate & obtain approvals. • Collaborate with various teams and vendors to ensure appropriate configurations for application architecture (networking/firewall/security/etc). • Ability to design, code, and test projects. • Demonstrate problem-solving skills by defining and presenting programmatic system solutions for identified programming issues. • Perform code review for others, in increasing levels of complexity. • Document activities from design to completion to assist future analysts in understanding work solutions. • Participate in testing of projects within confines of current systems. • Develop automated tests to cover internal system acceptance testing, ensuring delivery of well-tested system enhancements, and further ensuring systems meet business requirements. • Create and maintain solution documentation (architecture diagrams, operating procedures, etc). • Support and improve efficiency and effectiveness of tools (CI/CD pipeline, automated testing, automation, and release). • Monitor and manage system performance and ensure the highest level of availability and security. • Participate in business continuity and disaster recovery planning. • Ensuring that systems are safe and secure against cybersecurity threats. • Troubleshoot incidents reported by end-users, escalating where necessary to schedule system changes, and discussing resolutions with end-users to arrive at a permanent solution. • Keep abreast of current technology in both hardware and software to recommend business solutions that fit system constraints, meet user needs, and match the company's strategic outlook. • Develop and maintain well written and oral communication skills. • All aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, sharing rules. • AWS Connect configuration changes. • AWS Bedrock configuration and development/feature enhancements.

• Design underground transmission lines for voltages up to 500kV. • Support Project team to develop for cost analyses, development of design criteria, routing, siting and routing challenges and placement of manholes for underground transmission lines. • Support development of physical design including duct bank layouts, development of trenchless designs, cable pulling calculations, development of drawing packages. • Support cable selection studies, determining bonding scheme, performing ampacity calculations. • Develop riser structure configuration and structural loading. • Develop specifications including cable procurement, duct bank installation, trenchless installation and general construction specifications. • Coordinate other engineers, designers and drafters. • Review vendor submittals.
