Core Responsibilities Bridge Between Teams o Acts as the liaison between the transition project team and end-users. - Communicates process changes clearly and translates technical jargon into practical steps. Subject Matter Expertise o Deep understanding of legacy processes to support optimization to new workflows. - Provides feedback during testing and pilots to ensure usability and desired outcomes. - Obtains data to provide analysis for process requirements. Change Champion - Advocates for the benefits of the new process. - Encourages adoption and proactively addresses resistance among peers. Training & Support o Conducts hands-on training sessions. - Offers real-time troubleshooting during go-live. Business Decision o Analyze options and evaluate outcomes - Make decisions timely to maintain momentum and progress o Communicate decisions clearly to impacted business partners Key Skills - Process Knowledge: Knows both old and new systems thoroughly. - Communication: Skilled at explaining complex changes in simple terms. - Problem-Solving: Quickly identifies issues and escalates critical ones. - Empathy: Understands user concerns and builds trust. - Adaptability: Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change. • Build strategic relationships with Mid-Market and Large Group (over 250+ Lives) clients and carrier partners. • Manage Mid-Market client project plans and lead client calls, serve as the primary contact for clients. • Support Benefit Consultant and Sr. Benefit Consultant on Mid-Market client accounts and lead standard accounts with minimal guidance. • Demonstrate proficiency in explaining technical analysis with regards to plan renewal, marketing, budgeting, contribution scenarios and demographic analysis. • Create client meeting deliverables and actively participate in the meetings. • Lead and manage the annual client calendar including strategic planning, renewal and marketing processes for clients. • Attend and conduct client meetings, including renewal and open enrollment. • Manage escalated and complex client issues with minimal guidance. • Manage product and carrier implementations. • Coordinate the management of client technology solutions alongside the EB Systems team, and have basic knowledge of systems and Electronic Data Integration (EDI). • Develop and deliver communication strategies for clients. • Responsible for staying abreast of latest compliance and benefit trends. • Review and oversee outsourced tasks before distribution to the client. • Conduct final review to ensure accuracy of compliance deliverables (5500s, SPD Wraps, annual notices, ACA, etc.).
