Strategic Content Development – Distribution Manager

• Own and maintain Vivid’s editorial calendar • Develop blog topics aligned with product capabilities, customer problems, and industry trends • Produce content that appeals to multiple audience segments, including executives and finance professionals • Ensure content reflects Vivid’s tone, positioning, and messaging • Write and edit high-quality blog content focused on financial reporting, ERP data, budgeting, analytics, and finance workflows • Produce multiple blog posts per week or an equivalent content mix • Interview internal and external subject matter experts to translate insights into clear, usable content • Repurpose long-form content into smaller assets such as social posts, short articles, and email copy • Publish content independently in WordPress • Maintain proper formatting, metadata, internal linking, and on-page SEO basics • Manage blog layout, images, tags, and page structure • Ensure content quality and presentation are consistent across the website • Build and manage Vivid’s content distribution rhythm across social platforms, particularly LinkedIn • Repurpose blog content into social posts designed to drive engagement and visibility • Grow Vivid’s social reach through consistent posting and audience engagement • Monitor content performance through Google Analytics and identify which topics and formats perform best • Adjust editorial strategy based on audience engagement and traffic signals • Continuously improve content quality, distribution timing, and topic selection
Job Requirements
- You must have native or near native English language skills.
- 3–5 years of experience in content marketing, preferably in B2B software or business technology alongside 3-5 years in marketing.
- Demonstrated experience operating a content publishing system
- Proven experience with WordPress, Google Analytics, HubSpot
- Proven ability to produce consistent blog content for professional audiences
- Experience distributing content through social channels, especially LinkedIn
- Experience working remotely with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with SEO fundamentals including keyword targeting, metadata, and internal linking
- Experience using AI tools responsibly to accelerate content production without reducing quality
- Experience marketing to finance leaders or accounting professionals preferred
- Background in financial software, reporting tools, ERP systems, analytics, or BI platforms preferred
- You have a background in financial management, either from working closely in the accounting field, entrepreneurship, or family businesses. While not mandatory, you must demonstrate you understand financial reporting and budgeting and how accounting teams think. This is central to the role.
- You have design skills sufficient for ensuring graphic quality is high.

Qualifications - Pursuing MBA or MS in Supply Chain, operations or general management with a program end date in the Spring of 2027. - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or equivalent, or an analytical field such as Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or Data Science. - Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills including ability to synthesize findings into a digestible format for various stakeholders. - 2+ years of relevant work experience in finance, data analytics, or operations. - Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including the ability to build complex models and perform rigorous data analysis. - Demonstrated ability to structure problems, manage multiple tasks, and a high attention to detail and accuracy.
