The Role Highlights 💡 Main Responsibilities: - Drive sales and close deals by engaging leads, understanding their needs, and recommending the right tutoring solutions. - Manage and grow customer relationships to ensure retention, renewals, and upselling opportunities. - Handle customer queries and resolve issues across channels, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience. A Day In Your Life: Sales & Revenue Growth - Drive and exceed monthly sales targets - Engage with inbound leads (parents & students) and convert them into paying customers - Identify customer needs and recommend the best tutoring solutions/packages - Upsell and cross-sell services to maximize customer value - Follow up consistently to close deals and reduce drop-offs Account Management & Retention - Build and maintain strong relationships with parents and students - Drive retention, renewals, and long-term engagement - Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts Customer Support & Operations - Handle customer queries, complaints, and requests across channels (calls, WhatsApp, email) - Resolve issues related to: - Payments & billing - Refunds - Technical issues - Service experience - Escalate complex cases when needed and ensure fast resolution Process & Performance - Track and manage customer interactions, tickets, and sales data - Optimize response time and improve customer experience metrics - Identify gaps in the funnel and suggest actionable improvements - Support continuous improvement of internal tools (CRM, ticketing systems)
Job Requirements
- You’re the Sales Account Manager we’re looking for if you have:
- 2–4 years of experience in B2C Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success
- 1–2 years of experience using CRM systems (preferably HubSpot)
- Strong sales and closing skills with the ability to identify customer needs and convert them into solutions
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and drive retention or upselling
- Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving and ownership
- Familiarity with Saudi consumer behavior and expectations is a must
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
- Nice to have:
- Experience in EdTech, SaaS, or service-based businesses

Role Description The RCM Accounts Receivable (AR) Manager is responsible for establishing billing and collection performance goals, designing and implementing effective collection strategies, and leading a team of collectors and patient support staff to meet or exceed organizational objectives.
