Overview Role Summary The Compensation Analyst plays a critical role in designing and delivering competitive, compliant, and business-aligned compensation programs, with a strong emphasis on sales compensation plans. This role also supports broad-based compensation, annual salary programs, and other incentive compensation initiatives, partnering closely with HR and business leaders to drive performance and results. Primary Responsibilities - Lead sales compensation programs, including plan design, modeling, analysis, and ongoing administration, while also supporting broad-based and incentive compensation initiatives across the organization - Partner closely with HR Business Partners, Recruiting, and business leaders to deliver compensation solutions aligned to business goals, sales strategies, and talent needs - Analyze and interpret market data, pay trends, and internal compensation metrics to provide data-driven recommendations and ensure competitive and cost-effective programs - Design and deliver compensation training and education for HR and leaders, including formal presentations and materials on compensation philosophy, plans, and best practices - Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations (e.g., FLSA, wage and hour laws), conducting reviews and recommending updates to policies and programs as needed Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree with demonstrated experience as a Compensation professional, including significant exposure to sales compensation plans and incentive programs - Experience working for a technology organization - Advanced Excel skills with the ability to model, analyze, and present complex compensation data and scenarios - Strong business acumen and executive-level communication skills, including the ability to develop clear, compelling PowerPoint presentations and recommendations - Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, lead compensation projects, and collaborate effectively across HR and business teams - High level of professionalism, discretion, and curiosity, with a commitment to continuous learning and staying current on compensation trends and best practices The salary range for this role is $110,000 - $142,000. The listed salary range represents a good faith estimate at the time of posting. The listed range may be adjusted in the future based on business needs. Actual compensation will be based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, qualifications, skills and experience.
