Qualifications - Some experience with online communities, growth, marketing, or early stage projects (doesn’t have to be extensive). - Good understanding of how people communicate and behave in online spaces. - Comfortable talking to users and explaining products clearly (even if not super polished). - Basic familiarity or interest in AI tools (you don’t need to be an expert). - Proactive and reliable, able to take ownership of tasks without constant supervision.
