Field Data Specialist – Travel Position
ID Plans
• Independently drive or fly to commercial properties to capture precise data • Use 3D cameras, laser measurement tools, and specialized software • Document building measurements, HVAC locations, windows, signage, landscaping, utility meters, dumpsters, and parking details • Gather data, take measurements, and input data while ensuring accuracy • Communicate with property managers to gather access information for appointments and arrival times
Job Requirements
- Experience in mapping, property appraisal, inspections, GIS, data collection, data entry, land surveying, or any outdoor, detail-oriented fieldwork
- Comfortable on ladders (up to 30 feet)
- Reliable vehicle capable of carrying a 6-foot ladder and long-distance travel
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Technology proficiency (iPads, laptops, mobile apps, photography technology)
- Ability to follow detailed instructions with accuracy and care
- Focused, organized, and self-motivated while working alone
