Project manager / Business analyst

GoMining

We are looking for a Project manager / Business analyst with experience working on marketing-related product features in crypto or fintech projects. You will help clarify requirements, prepare documentation, coordinate development, and ensure timely delivery of product updates. Responsibilities: - Clarify and formalize requirements for product and marketing-driven features. - Prepare and update functional & technical documentation (specifications, flows, BRDs). - Decompose tasks together with the tech lead. - Define deadlines and monitor delivery. - Track development progress and report on status. - Communicate with developers, QA, designers, and product managers to keep tasks aligned.

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, or Technical Project Manager.
  • Experience working with complex product logic in marketing, fintech, or crypto environments.
  • Strong skills in structuring requirements and writing clear documentation.
  • Experience collaborating closely with development teams.
  • English level B1+ (for documentation and communication).

Role Description We are seeking an IT Business Analyst with a strong understanding of warehouse operations, particularly in the 3PL and e-commerce domains. The successful candidate will bring experience in warehouse operations together with strong WMS skills to help support successful deployments of new operations and ongoing success in existing operations through: - Business Process Analysis - End User Training - Business process reengineering Responsibilities - Support the implementation of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) across multiple sites and clients - Gather and document business and system requirements for new IT initiatives, with a focus on WMS and client integration - Collaborate with internal teams, 3PL partners, and client stakeholders to understand operational workflows and document business requirements in a scope of work, functional requirements documents, or business process diagrams - Support and document WMS integrations related to client ERP systems, including data mapping, testing, and troubleshooting - Develop training materials and conduct sessions for end users and stakeholders - Participate in design reviews of enhancements and new implementations - Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation within warehouse and order fulfillment operations - Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure successful project delivery Qualifications - High school diploma or GED required.
