• Define and execute the German market growth strategy • Identify the most effective channels, campaigns, and partnerships to drive growth • Position Moovv effectively for the German consumer • Localize the German webshop experience (Shopify) to maximise conversion • Ensure messaging, content, and brand tone resonate with the German market • Continuously optimise the customer journey and funnel performance • Scale performance marketing channels including Meta, Google, and marketplaces • Work closely with the central performance team on campaigns and creative • Optimise key metrics including CAC, ROAS, and conversion rate • Own the German market P&L and performance targets • Ensure sustainable growth and profitability • Monitor market trends, competitors, and growth opportunities • Identify and manage local freelancers, agencies, and partners • Build relationships within the German marketing and creator ecosystem • Monitor and report on core KPIs including traffic, revenue, conversion rate, CAC, LTV, and ROAS • Use data to continuously improve marketing performance and customer acquisition

Job Requirements

  • Senior growth marketer or market expansion lead with experience scaling D2C e-commerce brands
  • Strong understanding of German consumer behaviour and market dynamics
  • Deep expertise in performance marketing and conversion optimisation
  • Experience owning revenue targets, CAC, and market-level performance
  • Entrepreneurial and comfortable operating with high ownership
  • Strong project management and stakeholder collaboration skills
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Well connected within the German marketing, agency, or creator ecosystem
