Intetics Inc., a global technology company providing custom software application development, distributed professional teams, software product quality assessment, and “all-things-digital” solutions, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced MLOps Engineer to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. Responsibilities: - Design and implement scalable, secure, and cost‑efficient MLOps solutions leveraging AWS and Databricks. - Automate ML deployment pipelines, reducing manual intervention and operational overhead. - Collaborate closely with data scientists to ensure solutions align with established MLOps architecture, best practices, and platform standards. - Integrate security controls and compliance requirements throughout the entire machine learning lifecycle. - Own and manage incidents end‑to‑end, from root cause analysis to prevention of future occurrences. - Contribute to software system architecture and the design of platform‑level components. - Build and optimize ML training, retraining, and inference pipelines, ensuring reliability and scalability. - Enhance observability with metrics, logging, tracing, and dashboards to ensure system visibility and performance. - Drive best practices in infrastructure automation, CI/CD, and cloud resource management across ML teams.

Job Requirements

  • Strong hands‑on experience with AWS architecture, including security best practices, IAM, networking, and cost optimization.
  • Proficiency with Databricks (essential): MLflow, Workflows, Feature Store, cluster management, Unity Catalog.
  • Experience with cloud‑managed ML platforms such as AWS SageMaker or Google Vertex AI.
  • Expert knowledge of Terraform / Terragrunt for multi‑cloud infrastructure provisioning and automation.
  • Deep expertise in Kubernetes, including autoscaling, GPU workloads, networking policies, and cluster optimization.
  • Practical experience with observability stacks such as Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, ELK.
  • Strong understanding of GitOps workflows and CI/CD tools (e.g., ArgoCD, FluxCD).
  • Solid knowledge of Docker security, container hardening, and secure container orchestration.
  • Advanced experience in MLOps practices for continuous training (CT), CI/CD for ML models, and automated deployment.
  • Familiarity with ML pipeline orchestration tools such as Kubeflow or Argo Workflows.
  • Experience with LLMOps, including frameworks such as Langfuse, ollama, vLLM, and supporting large‑scale inference.
  • Ability to contribute to architecture design, set platform standards, and mentor MLOps or ML engineers.

Join a newly established, mission-critical SRE team at the forefront of financial infrastructure reliability. As part of Fireblocks Trust’s commitment to operational excellence, our Site Reliability Engineering team serves as the backbone of production systems, ensuring world-class uptime and performance for our digital asset custody and settlement platform. As part of your role, you would: - Improve and establish new monitoring, alerting and observability of services using a wide range of tools. - Handle critical alerts and incidents and work directly with R&D to improve and optimize availability. - Research Fireblocks blockchain workflows, identify optimization opportunities, issues and improve monitoring. - Help identify root causes for incidents and prevent them from happening again. - Solve and orchestrate outages by working with multiple teams. - Improve and establish alerting for our infrastructure, services and business logic. - Work closely with the R&D and Support: offering education and guidance on integration, support, and monitoring across the toolset. - Communicate and escalate issues to senior management in R&D and support, write RCA’s, define next steps. - Document actions in runbooks and then into automation using Python, Lambda, shell scripts, ArgoCD, Ansible. - Focus on the system's observability, availability, reliability, performance/latency, monitoring. - Conduct periodic on-call duties and emergency response. Qualifications - At least 3+ years of experience as SRE, Infra Backend in a SaaS environment. - Curious, self-motivated, easy to work with, responsible and production aware. - Fast learner and able to take a project from POC to production, while handling decision making and communication. - Experience with coding languages - Python/JavaScript/Bash (Must). - At least 3+ years of experience with alerting & monitoring systems such as DataDog, Coralogix, Splunk, New Relic, Prometheus. - Experience working with Linux systems from kernel to shell and beyond. - Cloud systems such as AWS, Google Cloud, Azure. - Configuration management such as Ansible, Chef, Puppet, ArgoCD. - Experience with Docker, Kubernetes and Helm. - SCM - Git, Bitbucket, GitLab, Phabricator, Gerrit. - High analytical & troubleshooting skills - ability to solve complex problems. - Strong verbal and written communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Requirements - Previous experience in cryptocurrencies/blockchains - big advantage. - In-depth knowledge in: Linux optimization, nginx, ArgoCD, DataDog, MySQL. - Participated in Kubernetes migration projects. - Previous experience as C++ or Node developer. - BSC in Computer Science or related technical certifications. Benefits - A reasonable base salary range estimate for this position is $150,000 - $175,000. - The base salary is one component of the total compensation package, which may include a target bonus, a very competitive equity grant, and very generous benefits.
