Job Description
Demand Generation & Marketing Ops
FLOWX.AI
FlowX.AI is an AI-native multi-agent platform that helps banks and insurers build and deploy mission-critical AI agents - fast, secure, and at scale. We just launched FlowX.AI 5.0 with 140+ production-ready agents for banking and insurance. Gartner put us in their 2025 Digital Banking Market Guide. Clients include OTP, Unicredit, State Street (world's largest custodian bank), and Legal & General, but also many small banks and mid-market logistics companies. Mission We are looking for a hands-on Demand Generation & Marketing Ops marketer who has actually built a pipeline before — across a range of channels and tactics — and genuinely enjoys B2B marketing. AI is core to how we work, so we need someone who uses AI every single day as a real part of how they get things done. This is a high-impact execution role: you'll be in the tools daily running campaigns, managing HubSpot, building emails, briefing creatives, shipping on time, and tracking what's working. What you will do on a daily basis - Run and optimize multi-channel demand gen campaigns (paid, email, organic) that contribute directly to qualified pipeline. - Manage HubSpot end-to-end: workflows, lifecycle stages, lead routing, campaign attribution, and reporting dashboards. - Build and optimize landing pages, conversion flows, and nurture sequences — including segmentation, A/B testing, and deliverability. - Run LinkedIn campaigns via Campaign Manager and manage organic LinkedIn presence (company page, scheduling, performance analysis). - Write clear briefs, give actionable feedback, and manage multiple creative workstreams simultaneously — gated content, blog posts, ad copy, and video. - Perform leads QA across the funnel, identifying where leads get lost and ensuring marketing and sales stay aligned on a single source of truth. Very likely you can be successful if you have - 2-4 years of hands-on B2B demand gen experience, ideally in SaaS or enterprise software, with a proven track record of building qualified pipelines. - Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, organic LinkedIn management, and email marketing (segmentation, copywriting, A/B testing, nurture sequences, deliverability). - Working knowledge of HubSpot (workflows, lifecycle stages, lead routing, campaign attribution, reporting dashboards) and the ability to keep CRM data clean. - Experience building and optimizing landing pages, conversion flows, and managing multiple creative workstreams to ship on time. - Active daily use of AI tools across research, writing, campaign planning, and data analysis — if you're not already doing this, this role isn't the right fit. - Strong written English, comfort working independently, and the ability to adapt quickly when priorities shift. Nice to have - Experience connecting AI tools, APIs, or agents to automate marketing workflows. - Hands-on experience building custom AI agents (prompt engineering, tool use, multi-step orchestration). - Involvement in product marketing: positioning, messaging, launch content, or sales enablement. - End-to-end webinar management experience. - Basic to intermediate SEO knowledge; GEO/AIO experience in LLM-driven search environments. - Background in or exposure to agentic AI, banking, insurance, fintech, or logistics marketing. What's in it for you - Direct impact on how the company scales and delivers multi-million-dollar enterprise transformation deals. - Competitive compensation with an early-stage equity package. - Work alongside an ambitious leadership team driving category creation in enterprise AI. - Collaborative, fast-paced culture with room to grow and make an impact.
