This role is ideal for a motivated and detail-oriented professional who can confidently manage files from start to finish, with support and oversight where required. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Managing residential conveyancing files from instruction through to settlement - Preparing and reviewing Contracts of Sale and Vendor Statements (Section 32) (A Contract Review will be required as part of the interview process) - Conducting title and due diligence searches (planning, zoning, certificates, etc.) - Liaising with clients, agents, banks and other solicitors/conveyancers - Preparing PEXA workspaces and coordinating electronic settlements - Preparing statement of adjustments (rates, water, land tax, etc.) - Preparing Duties Online forms and managing SRO requirements - Assisting with subdivisions, transfers and off-the-plan matters where required
