Client Success Advisor

Safeguard Global

• Manage mid‑complexity client accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for operational and service‑related matters. • Translate client goals into long‑term success plans covering outcomes, risks, governance, and adoption. • Provide structured analysis for commercial teams, supporting renewal conversations, forecasting, and upsell readiness. • Educate clients on advanced product capabilities, roadmap items, and best practices to maximize adoption and value. • Support clients in scoping exercises, ensuring a high probability of converting opportunities into revenue. • Maintain and support CRM activities in Salesforce to provide visibility of client KPIs. • Maintain operating and senior‑level relationships (CHRO/CFO, VPs, Directors, Global Mobility, etc.). • Analyze patterns of risk across countries, service lines, or stakeholders. • Oversee end‑to‑end governance of portfolio delivery, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and service standards. • Lead business reviews, and multi‑stakeholder planning sessions.

Job Requirements

  • 4 years’ experience in a client success operational role; customer success, account management
  • Demonstrated use of data in building success/interaction plans.
  • History of customer growth/satisfaction, and operational KPIs.
  • Strong executive-level communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience working globally and managing moderately complex client portfolios.
  • HR/workforce solutions experience is strongly preferred.

The position work hours are from 8am - 5pm Mountain Time Zone. This is a remote position with required local travel several times per month to support customers at Department of Labor offices and community-based sites. This position will be a contract position with one of our partnering agencies with ability to convert to a Maximus employee after 90 days of employment based on performance, attendance, and business needs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Cultivate and nurture professional relationships with customers, continuously monitoring their engagement and progress within the program. - Regularly collaborate with customers to set and accomplish program goals, ensuring ongoing eligibility and program service maintenance. - Demonstrate extensive program knowledge, guiding customers through various stages of the application process, from enrollment to benefit and service allocation. - Assist customers in accessing essential services aligned with program objectives, including educational or vocational training, medical care, childcare, transportation, mental health resources, legal assistance, and other pertinent needs. - Conduct follow-ups with customers to address needs, resolve concerns, and ensure their requirements are met satisfactorily. - Collaborate with team members to provide expertise and support in resolving participant issues effectively. - Maintain accurate and timely case documentation for all customer interactions, ensuring comprehensive records of activities. - Share updates regarding outreach and engagement initiatives with project staff, facilitating effective communication. - Identify and communicate barriers hindering customer engagement with the Provider, informing project staff promptly. - Perform additional duties as directed by leadership to support program objectives. - Complete timely updates, including maintaining case notes, in multiple systems for customer cases. - Achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and quality goals. - Stay abreast of policies and procedures. - Develop an employment action plan (Work Plan) with customers, guiding them towards employment. - Assess customers' needs and provide necessary support, such as bus passes, gas vouchers, and clothing vouchers. - Review program requirements with customers. - Link customers to employers and/or training/education providers to fulfill their Work Plan. - Track customers' progress and participation in their assigned activities. Minimum Requirements - High school diploma or GED required and 0-2 years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Requirements: Must reside in state of Idaho Must be willing to work the adhered schedule of 8-5pm Ability to travel locally to assigned program sites as required Maintain reliable attendance during the first 90 days of assignment This position is remote and will require quiet workspace in your home for remote work.
