Location: Remote (75% Travel) About This Role As a Commissioning Engineer II, you will support the execution of commissioning activities across your assigned data center projects. You will be hands-on in the field - supporting the execution of test procedures, documenting results, coordinating with trade contractors, and helping drive systems through the commissioning lifecycle from pre-functional testing through turnover. This role is ideal for an engineer with foundational commissioning experience who is ready to take on greater technical responsibility and grow toward independent project ownership. (#INDDIG) What You'll Be Working On - Support the execution of test procedures including pre-functional checklists, functional performance tests, and integrated systems tests across mechanical, electrical, or controls disciplines. - Document test results, deficiencies, and corrective actions accurately and in accordance with project requirements. - Coordinate with trade contractors and subcontractors to schedule and support commissioning activities in the field. - Review installation conditions against approved drawings, submittals, and specifications to verify readiness for testing. - Assist in the development and review of commissioning test scripts, MOPs, and punch list documentation. - Track open deficiencies, support adequate resolution and document formal closure in coordination with the project team. - Participate and support startup activities and factory witness testing as assigned. - Maintain up-to-date commissioning logs, field reports, and turnover documentation. - Support integrated systems testing and reliability demonstrations for critical MEP, and BMS/EPMS infrastructure. - Adhere to all site safety protocols and compliance requirements throughout commissioning activities. - Communicate daily progress, issues, and risks to the lead CxE or Manager of Commissioning.
