Develop a clear product vision that enables frictionless global monetization for gaming merchants while delivering seamless funding, spending, and wallet experiences for players. Identify emerging opportunities in digital gaming economies including in-game payments, virtual goods, marketplace payments, cross-border transactions, and new payment methods. Shape strategic investments that position Paysafe as a preferred payments partner for leading game publishers, platforms, and gaming marketplaces. Partner with executive leadership to influence roadmap priorities, platform strategy, and commercial growth initiatives. Video Gaming Industry Expertise Serve as the internal domain expert on the gaming ecosystem, including digital distribution platforms, game publishers, esports platforms, player communities, and digital marketplaces. Translate gaming industry trends into product opportunities, including new monetization models, player wallet experiences, and payment orchestration capabilities. Build strong relationships with key gaming partners and represent Paysafe as a strategic product voice with major industry stakeholders. Drive innovation that supports evolving gaming business models such as live-service games, digital economies, creator marketplaces, and global player monetization. End-to-End Ecosystem Ownership Lead product initiatives that span the entire value chain from player funding to merchant settlement, ensuring a cohesive and optimized payment experience. Qualifications 10+ years of product management experience with a strong track record of leading complex platform or ecosystem products. You will be: - acting as the primary owner of data and analytics capabilities within the OMS migration project, - engaging reporting and analytics stakeholders and align requirements with business goals, - developing and maintain a detailed data & analytics product roadmap, - gathering and translating business requirements into technical specifications, - providing oversight on data architecture, scalability, and performance, - overseeing integration of multiple data sources into OMS for real-time analytics, - supervising development, testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), - leading end-user training and support deployment activities, - monitoring system performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Your profile: - 12+ years of experience in Product Management, Data, or Analytics roles, - strong technical background in enterprise data systems and analytics platforms, - experience managing large-scale enterprise transformation or migration projects, - expertise in data modeling, reporting frameworks, and dashboard development, - strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills, - experience overseeing UAT, deployment, and user training initiatives. Preferred Skills, - experience with OMS or retail systems, - exposure to BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker, - knowledge of cloud-based data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), - familiarity with Agile product management methodologies, - strong executive communication and presentation skills, - advanced English.
