• Serve as the primary creator of sales collateral, including pitch decks, one-pagers, solution briefs, and proposal assets • Produce a steady cadence of content to support active sales opportunities and campaigns • Translate complex AI and data solutions into clear, buyer-friendly messaging • Tailor content for different industries, use cases, and stages of the sales cycle • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and Solutions teams to gather inputs and refine messaging • Ensure all materials align with Innodata’s messaging, positioning, and brand standards • Create and maintain templates and repeatable frameworks for decks and one-pagers • Continuously improve content based on feedback and performance • Maintain and organize a centralized library of sales materials.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3–6 years of experience in content marketing, product marketing, or sales content roles in a B2B environment
- Strong writing and storytelling skills with experience creating decks, one-pagers, or similar assets
- Ability to translate complex or technical concepts into clear, compelling messaging
- Experience working cross-functionally with Marketing and Sales teams
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple content requests simultaneously
- Experience in B2B SaaS, AI, data, or technology is a plus
- Applicants must provide 2–3 examples of sales content they have personally created, such as a pitch deck, one-pager, solution brief, proposal asset, or battle card.

The Proposal Writer will play a critical role in developing high-quality, client-focused responses to RFPs, RFIs, and other business development documents. This individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information, ensure alignment with company messaging, and produce winning proposals that resonate with our prospects. Role and Responsibilities Proposal Development: - Actively participate in RFP assessment and proposal strategy development prior to responding to the RFP, including the identification of issues or concerns which require resolution prior to the submission of the proposal - Write, review and edit responses from cross-functional partners and subject matter experts (SMEs) for accuracy, style and responsiveness - Write, edit, and organize proposal content derived from proposal content database and Artificial Intelligence generated content to respond to RFPs, RFIs, and other solicitations accurately and persuasively. - Tailor proposals to meet client-specific needs, highlighting LucyRx’s differentiators and value proposition. Content Management: - Ensure consistency in voice, tone, and branding across all proposal materials. - Provide new and revised proposal responses to Content Database Manager as they are developed to keep Content Database current.
