Job DetailsJob Location: Outpatient Services and MAIL - Novato, CA 94949Salary Range: $26.00 - $26.00 HourlyTravel Percentage: NoneThe Crisis Specialist I is responsible for 32 hours shift front end: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday. Consistently supports the mission and values of Buckelew Programs by maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of information, protecting the assets of the organization, acting with ethics and integrity, and adhering to applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations, and Buckelew policies and procedures. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The following represents key responsibilities for this role. This is not an exhaustive list; employees may be assigned other duties as needed to meet client, program, or agency needs. Required to greet every help seeker with respect, empathy, warm connection and cultural sensitivity in accordance with training and established practices. Completes safety assessment, safety planning, de-escalation, and follow-up with every help seeker. Responsible for maintaining accurate and thorough call records and documentation in accordance with current procedures. Compliance with program KPI’s answering 90% of calls within 20 seconds or less Attend staff meetings, in-service meetings and trainings as scheduled. Complete ongoing training assignments as required. Maintain updated knowledge of, and implement, program protocol changes. Responsible for keeping accurate Paycom time records of all shifts worked. Review email, announcements during each shift worked and resource books, manuals and directories as needed. Access to high-speed internet with an active Ethernet connection, and quiet/confidential workspace in alignment with all HIPAA requirements Assist in the training and mentoring of new Crisis Specialists on shift. About the role Tier One Funding is hiring a Loan Closing Specialist to support our growth. This role will play an integral role in ensuring that our loan closing policies & procedures are implemented properly. From coordinating loan closing with buyer, seller and third party closing agents, to verifying that every piece of data in our loan documents matches that of our system of record, this position requires you to be a “jack of all trades.” To succeed in this role, you should be driven by delivering an excellent customer experience and be a stickler for details. What you'll do - Prepare loan closing documents: ensure that the correct State loan document templates are chosen along with State specific regulatory closing disclosures; audit the completed doc set for accuracy with loan data in system of record; ensure all underwriting conditions have been signed-off - Ensure we maintain appropriate lien position and lien perfection: prepare the closing protection letter in accordance with company policy; prepare closing instructions which creates the contractual relationship between T1F and the title company providing protection against various forms of fraud and secures our lien position - Review executed loan documents for final compliance with regulatory requirements and accuracy of settlement data: review all loan documents returned from closing agent for completeness and accuracy; reviews estimated HUD1 to confirm closing date and fees - Ensures timely loan closing and that all closing conditions are met: ensure all closing conditions have been satisfied and signed-off; confirm date funds have been disbursed by closing agent to all parties - Confirm funding dates and accurately funds loans: Create loan funding templates for manager review, verify funding amounts and dates with escrow providers.
