Elicit, analyse, communicate, and validate business/user requirements for processes, policies, and information systems. Translate business needs/end-user requirements into functional specifications that describe what the system, process or product/service must do to fulfil the end-user/business requirements. Perform activities required to maintain a high level of availability and stability for one or more applications including change deployment and certification, application performance, application management and development support. Knowledge/Development experience of Investment Banking product will be added advantage. Develop core versions of software applications for sale to external clients. Identifies client purchasing requirements and technical specifications through Product Management and/or client representatives.
