• Gestionar una cartera de casos complejos de extranjería (DNV, NLV y renovaciones) de principio a fin. • Actuar como punto de contacto principal para los clientes, garantizando una comunicación clara y constante. • Revisar y validar documentación asegurando el cumplimiento de los requisitos legales en España. • Proporcionar asesoramiento estratégico adaptado a cada cliente. • Supervisar y mentorizar a perfiles junior, asegurando calidad y consistencia. • Liderar llamadas de onboarding y acompañar al cliente durante todo el proceso. • Mantenerse actualizado/a sobre la normativa de extranjería en España. • Garantizar el cumplimiento de plazos y KPIs establecidos.
Job Requirements
- Experiencia mínima de 2 años en extranjería en España
- Conocimiento sólido de visados como DNV, NLV y otros permisos de residencia
- Excelentes habilidades organizativas y de gestión de múltiples casos
- Alta atención al detalle y capacidad de resolución de problemas
- Orientación al cliente y habilidades de comunicación destacadas
- Nivel bilingüe de español e inglés (oral y escrito)
- Se valorará: Formación en Derecho o estudios relacionados
- Experiencia con clientes internacionales
- Manejo de CRM y herramientas de gestión documental

About the role - Work remotely on your schedule as a GI Advanced Practice Provider.
