Job Summary The Lead Talent Consultant plays a critical role in shaping how we grow, develop, and mobilize talent across the enterprise. This role serves as a trusted partner to business and HR leaders, delivering strategic talent consulting, leadership coaching, and integrated talent mobility solutions aligned to evolving business priorities. As demand continues to grow particularly in leader coaching and enterprise-wide talent mobility this role will be instrumental in helping leaders build strong pipelines, accelerate development, and ensure the right talent is in the right roles at the right time. JOB REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Development, Organizational Development or I/O Psychology * 7 years of experience in corporate talent, and leadership development * Experience in developing and implementing HR processes and programs such as succession planning, performance management, employee development, and career planning. * Experience with: a. leadership assessment and evaluation b. leadership development and retention programs c. talent reviews and succession methodologies and facilitation d. leading a team, project, and/or programs at an enterprise level. e. designing and analyzing leadership programs including front-line through executives. f. using leadership assessments (i.e., Hogan and 360s). g. interacting and consulting at the executive level. h. presentations, proposals, and corporate communications. j. in partnering with organizational divisions and HR to facilitate execution of HR programs. k. planning and successfully managing large-scale projects. PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS: * Master or Doctorate Degree in Human Resource Development, Organizational Development, or I/O Psychology.
