Role Description We are seeking a Program Manager, Data Programs to own delivery for complex, multi-workstream data initiatives. This role focuses on coordinating execution across teams, systems, and timelines to ensure data programs are delivered reliably and at scale. The Program Manager operates across multiple initiatives, maintaining a program-level view of timelines, dependencies, risks, and tradeoffs. You will partner closely with: - Project Managers - Data and engineering teams - Research stakeholders - Product partners - Client teams to translate program roadmaps into executable plans and keep delivery aligned as requirements evolve. The ideal candidate is systems-oriented, technically fluent, and comfortable operating in ambiguity, with experience managing programs that involve data pipelines, tooling, validation, and cross-team dependencies. Qualifications - 4+ years managing complex, multi-project or multi-workstream programs - Strong planning, organization, and communication skills - Experience coordinating work across technical and non-technical teams - Ability to manage dependencies and anticipate downstream impacts - Comfort navigating ambiguity and evolving technical requirements - Experience working in data-driven or technical environments Requirements - Experience managing data programs, analytics initiatives, or platform-based delivery - Familiarity with data collection, validation, QA, and delivery workflows - Comfort partnering with engineering, data science, or platform teams - Background in research operations or applied research environments - Experience in professional services, consulting, or fast-paced tech organizations Benefits - You’re someone who thinks in systems and workflows, not just tasks - Is comfortable operating between technical teams and client-facing stakeholders - Brings structure to complex, ambiguous data problems - Communicates clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences - Is motivated by building reliable, scalable data delivery programs

Role Description The Project Manager, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) & Business Readiness, is a business-side Program Manager accountable for planning, mobilizing, and executing comprehensive User Acceptance Testing across a large, multi-phase enterprise transformation. - Ensures systems are validated against real-world business processes and end-to-end operational scenarios. - Partners closely with IT testing teams while maintaining ownership of business participation, test coverage, and UAT outcomes. - Supports broader GPO initiatives and business readiness activities required for separation and independence from client. - Ensures operating teams are prepared to execute independently at go live. UAT Strategy & Planning - Define and execute the User Acceptance Testing approach for a complex, multi-phase enterprise program. - Ensure UAT scope reflects critical business processes, integrations, and end-to-end scenarios. - Establish clear UAT entry and exit criteria aligned with program governance and readiness expectations. Business Mobilization & Discipline - Mobilize business process owners, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to participate fully in UAT. - Set and enforce expectations for business roles, responsibilities, timelines, and test execution. - Maintain discipline to keep the business aligned and engaged throughout all UAT cycles. UAT Execution & Defect Closure - Partner with IT testing teams to coordinate development and validation of UAT test cases. - Lead UAT execution, tracking progress, coverage, and outcomes. - Ensure defects are logged, prioritized, resolved, retested, and formally closed. - Validate that all critical and high-severity issues are addressed prior to UAT completion. - Proactively identify, assess, and escalate testing and readiness risks. - Drive mitigation plans for gaps that threaten adoption or stability. - Ensure test data availability, environment readiness, and user access. - Coordinate resolution of environment or data constraints impacting UAT. Cutover and Hypercare - Support cutover rehearsals and business readiness checkpoints. - Support during HyperCare. Knowledge Transfer & Sustainability - Plan, coordinate, and track knowledge transfer from vendors to internal teams. - Ensure documentation, training materials, and sessions are complete, accurate, and usable. - Confirm knowledge transfer supports long-term operational ownership and reduced vendor reliance. Cross-Functional Coordination & Readiness Assurance - Serve as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and IT testing teams. - Align UAT activities with broader delivery, cutover, and readiness plans. - Identify readiness risks early and drive timely corrective action. - Support cross-initiative business readiness efforts aligned to separation and Day 1 independence. Program Governance & Reporting - Maintain clear reporting on UAT status, risks, issues, and gaps. - Provide fact-based readiness assessments to support go-live decision-making. - Ensure UAT outcomes support confident deployment and operational stability. Qualifications - Experience leading business-side testing or readiness efforts in large enterprise programs. - Strong understanding of business processes and end-to-end operational flows. - Proven ability to mobilize, influence, and hold cross-functional stakeholders accountable. - Comfort operating in complex, fast-paced, and ambiguous environments.
