This role directs the operational activities of all banking center staff, as well as all deposit operations support functions. The Director is responsible for ensuring policies and procedures are well documented and maintained in compliance with all applicable federal and state banking regulations. Emphasis is placed on delivering high-quality support to frontline banking center personnel and operational teams, enabling efficient and consistent service delivery. The Director collaborates closely with operational, compliance, and risk management teams to ensure strong internal controls are implemented and adhered to on a daily basis.
